Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on photo orders once printed. Please check your order receipt after purchase to ensure that your poses, packages and products match what you intended to order.

If you'd like to make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 business days and we'll get your order sorted out before it goes to print!


Refunds are not issued on printed products. If you find your order has a technical/printing error (digital or print media), let us know. We'll make the corrections and re-print as required.

Refunds can only be issued on orders where a shipping fee has been applied, but the customer picks up the order locally. Or in situations where a customer has created multiple orders, let us know and we'll combine shipping into one package.
